Viagens dos EUA para o Brasil são positivas em 2018 ( US bound travel to Brazil are bright)

Apesar de uma recente queda no número de voos, a perspectiva de longo prazo em relação as viagens dos EUA para o Brasil, é brilhante, segundo Danielle Clouzet, CEO da América do Sul da Interamerican Network.

(Despite a recent drop in the number of flights, the long-term outlook on US travel to Brazil is bright, according to Danielle Clouzet, CEO of South America on the Interamerican Network).

O número de visitantes brasileiros aos Estados Unidos em 2017 teve uma queda de 7%, devido a recessão econômica, a crise política e a desvalorização da moeda brasileira, o Real.

(The number of Brazilian visitors to the US decreased by 7% in 2017, due to an economic recession, political crisis and the devaluation of the Brazilian currency, the Real).

Para 2018, o cenário já começa a mudar, com o Brasil saindo da recessão econômica, segundo o Banco Mundial, a próxima eleição presidencial e a possibilidade do país ingressar no Visa Waiver Programa que muito ajudará em reverter o quadro de visitantes brasileiros aos Estados Unidos.

(By 2018, the scenario is already starting to change, with Brazil emerging from the economic recession, according to the World Bank, the upcoming presidential election and the possibility of the country joining the Visa Waiver Program, that could help in reverting the number of Brazilian visitors to the US.)

O Brasil como o maior mercado emissor da América Latina também apresenta uma expectativa muito positiva em 2018, no número de visitantes dos Estados Unidos e de outros países.

Nordeste do Brasil, que ainda não possui nenhum voo direto dos Estados Unidos, começou neste mês de maio, ligação direta de Fortaleza e Recife para Paris e Amsterdam pela Air France-Klm e apoio Gol Linhas Aéreas.

Euromonitor International, baseado no Latin America Outlook 2018, relatório da Interamerican Network, aponta que o Brasil se tornará o quinto maior consumidor mundial em 2023.

E o número de viagens de luxo aumentará 11%, sendo os Estados Unidos um dos 10 principais destinos.

Ainda segundo o Euromonitor International, 36% dos brasileiros desejam incluir o ecoturismo, viagem de aventura e outras atividades ao ar livre nos roteiros de viagem.

Os principais destinos dos brasileiros em 2018 são: New York, Orlando, Las Vegas e Miami.
